My Weight Loss Calculator: Your Personal Fitness Friend
Sometimes losing weight can seem very confusing. What to eat, how much to eat, how to track? There is so much mixed advice on the internet that you don’t know where to start. That’s why I created this Weight Loss Calculator so that people can easily use it to lose weight. A simple but powerful tool that will help you set realistic goals, track progress, and stay motivated.

Why did I create this Weight Loss Calculator?
After facing the struggle of weight management myself, I know how frustrating calorie counting and progress tracking can be. Online calculators are either very basic or so complicated that you can’t even understand them. So I decided to create an accurate, easy-to-use and practical tool.
